Milky Way Shooting out of a Volcano, by Randy Yost

Image details

I shot this on the Big Island of Hawaii. It is over looking to Kilauea volcano. Stars were bright that night and so was the volcano.

I shoot with a Sony a7rII, Rokinon 24mm f1.4, 20 sec, ISO 2000, to keep the light from volcano from blowing it out. I shot many photos that night but this was the only one with a falling star and Milky Way lined up in center of the volcano.
